Denka电化株式会社所生產的膠帶分為電子級（Blue Tape, Non-UV tape）及紫外線照射膠帶（UV tape），專門應用於晶圓研磨（BG Tape）、晶圓切割（Dicing Tape）及運送時保護晶片正面等製程。可於研磨時保護晶片正面不受損傷及吸收研磨時的衝擊力確保晶片不會破裂。於切割時能夠固定晶粒於膠帶上不會產生晶粒流失的現象，並增進切割品質及拿取晶粒的方便性。同時，也具有不易殘膠的特性及多款不同黏性的膠帶以應用於各種不同的工作物
